Campaign Manager
So the process started with a screening, then I had an interview with the team leader. After that, there was a 1.5 hour case study, and the final interview was with the director. The recruiter mentioned she'd provide feedback, but then totally ghosted me after each round, which was super frustrating. It felt like I was repeating myself in every single interview. The whole thing took more than 1.5 months, and it seems like they still haven't hired anyone for the role.

Finance Manager
About a month after my initial screening call with HR, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. They said I was a good fit and sent me a test to complete two weeks later. I haven't heard anything back since finishing the test, not even feedback, they totally ghosted me. The test was challenging and didn't seem to match the seniority and pay offered. I noticed a similar role advertised on a recruiter's site.

Paid Media Manager
The hiring process was unorganized and the communication with candidates was poor. I applied for a Paid Media Manager (Maternity Cover) role and it started well with an informal screening and a first chat with the Paid Media Director. But then, silence. No feedback, no update. Weeks later, a new HR person reached out saying they were super impressed and wanted to talk about roles, even though the same job I applied for was still open and unfilled. It seems like they don't talk to each other internally or keep track of candidates. It was a bad candidate experience. The people I met were nice, but the whole thing felt messy and all over the place. They should really work on their communication, make sure HR and hiring teams are on the same page, and let candidates know what's up in a timely way.
- Can you share some general information about your professional background and work history?
- Describe your experience with media campaigns driven by influencers.
Head of People
I was first connected with Kyra by a recruiter. The interview process was quite extensive, but in a good way. The team was very upfront about past challenges the company faced and their future goals for the team. The entire process was conducted remotely, and I had the opportunity to speak with several people within the business, as well as a consultant they were collaborating with at the time.
