Had an initial HR screening, then an interview with a manager. After that, they asked for references. Weeks later, I got rejected with no feedback, but they asked if I'd be open to future roles. It was concerning they contacted my references even though they weren't planning to make an offer. Contacting references should only happen at the very end, before an offer, not for other reasons. Then I applied for another position, interviewed again, and was ghosted with no feedback. Unprofessional.

After applying, I got an email about 1-2 weeks later to schedule an HR phone screen. Then, I had a 30-minute interview with a director a week after that. They described the day-to-day work well, but also discussed irrelevant topics and didn't answer my DEI question very well.

First, there was an HR phone screening. Then, a phone interview. After that, I interviewed with three different people individually, followed by an interview with C-suite executives. Throughout the entire process, they were pretty unreliable, often saying they'd get back to me by certain dates but then not following up.

They moved through the interview process really fast and kept me updated. The questions were more about soft skills and personal qualities, not super technical. It was a good chance to show I can work on my own and also as part of a team.
