Super straightforward process, they hired me right then and there. It's a gig for newbies to get some experience with cars and trucks. Pay ain't great unless you're good at selling.

The interview process was short but effective. This company knew what they wanted. The locations varied but overall it was a good process. I worked there for 10 years before I decided to move on.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an interview with three managers from headquarters. Two of them were very involved in asking questions about my past work experience. One did not seem to pay any attention as he was looking at his phone. The interview was over after an hour or questions and discussing the position. A couple hours later they called asking if I would come meet with them again in two days for an offer. I met with them again at their headquarters and met more of the management team. The facility was very nice and majority of team was very friendly. The offer was to work over 50 hours a week, no health benefits for $550 a week. You are also expected to work every weekend. The only benefit they offer is a 401k.

It was a one-on-one interview, and it didn't take long, maybe a few hours in total. I had to show some of my skills by changing the oil on a car. They did say they'd have to do a background check. It took a couple of weeks to hear back about the job after the interview.
