Technical Behavioral

The interview process started with a somewhat negative vibe upon entering the building, which was dirty and dimly lit. Before any direct questions, I had to complete a 90-minute test where I had to count columns and beams from architectural plans. I finished early, in 45 minutes, but then had to wait another 45 minutes for the interviewer. When she finally met with me, she questioned one of my answers on the test, claiming it was incorrect because I hadn't only counted on the second floor, even though that wasn't specified. I explained my reasoning and showed my correct work for the whole building, but she dismissed it. After that, we moved on to general interview questions about salary, education, and work experience. I brought up some negative Glassdoor reviews about the work environment and nepotism, and she confirmed it's a family business and mentioned being on maternity leave. When I asked about the biggest challenge for a new person, she said it would be adjusting to their disorganized file structure and filing system, stating that the company and managers are disorganized.

First interview was online. I thought it should be obvious if I did not list any similar work experience. I also mentioned it in my cover letter.. But HR is nice. I honestly did not like how spread out the 2nd interview was scheduled. It was about 2.5 weeks after the first interview, which was kind of inconvenient during a lockdown. But I
