It was a pre-interview for an upcoming real estate agent position. No actual job was offered. They were looking for people to start their real estate licensing program. They were very kind and informative, but I wish I had known upfront that no job was being offered, just an opportunity to learn from them. There was no pay, just sign up and try to pass the license exam with their materials.

Technical Case Presentation

I went through a multi-round interview process. It included an initial screen with recruiting, then a one-on-one interview, followed by a panel case study that had two parts. An offer was extended to me before I had a chance to meet with senior leadership. After the offer, I was asked to meet with corporate leadership.

So, for this role, there were usually two chats, first with a Recruiter, then with the Recruiting Manager. The first one was pretty standard, no surprises. The second one was more chill, just a conversation really. Overall, it was a good vibe, not stressful like some interviews can be.

The interview was with the regional manager at their regional corporate office. It was about 30 minutes. While looking at my resume, he asked me some job-related and general questions. He didn't seem very enthusiastic, like he was burned out or just bored and wondering how many more interviews he had to do that day.
