The interview process was very smooth. I met with HR first, then the manager. They kept me updated on each step. There was a call with HR, then a Teams interview, and finally an onsite interview. It's a nice company and a great location.

Benefits and salary are competitive, & it seems like there is great care & focus on helping an individual incorporate their passions into their daily role.

Started with a quick call with HR where they asked pretty basic questions. Then, I had a more in-depth chat with the hiring manager who went over the job specifics. The final stage was an in-person interview with several people. They asked stuff similar to the phone interview, but it felt more like they were checking if I'd fit in with the team. Everyone I met was really sharp and professional, no complaints there. My only hang-up is that the whole thing took months.

first it was a phone call with HR to see how my skills fit with the job description. They gave a brief overview of the company and how this job ties in, and then asked me if I had any questions. There were no technical questions, just an opportunity to sell myself and my prior experience.
