There were about 6 people sitting and asking questions from you. Their attitude was like they want to show up in front of each other more than to focus on the interview process. They were interrupting you in the middle of the answer, which is not polite and not professional. They are sticking with their internal feelings that they know everything and this is NOT a good way to interview people by sitting 6 people and attacking from each side and interrupting the interviewer.

This involved an in-person interview with the line supervisor who covered all aspects of the role. We discussed past projects, accomplishments, and any awards received. The conversation also focused on how I would contribute to the company's growth and ongoing projects, exploring any new ideas I might have. A case study was presented to assess benefits to the organization and to share best practices observed in other companies. There was also exposure to higher management.

Showed up on time and the interviewers were an hour late. 10 of us were waiting in the lobby confused. We sat there patiently without any direction from HR. We learned we were all interviewed one by one. All 10 of us. The three people before me got "kicked out" at the 10-15 minute mark. It was my turn. I walked in. No greeting, no introductions, so I made my own. I was asked questions and got cut off mid-sentence on every reply. He asked me for the role I was applying for; it didn’t match what the recruiter advertised. He asked me a question, I clarified the question, answered that one. Then he ended the interview abruptly. Also, the other two panel members didn’t say a word. Except after I got ejected then I had a response then the one in a T-shirt finally said something. This was the most unprofessional and weirdest interview I have ever been a part of. I wish I was exaggerating or making this up... this all happened and I hope the other 9 members post their experience. Once that happened I got out of that place ASAP as the whole experience was very sketchy and I didn’t want anymore part of it.

The interview process involved questions related to my subject matter and life goals and achievements, which would help me explain myself better. I was asked why I didn't mention my schooling percentage, and I informed them that I had removed it because I received a lower percentage in school, which has led to rejections in past interviews. This way, I can explain about it when it's brought up, giving me an opportunity to discuss it.
