First, they'll look at your CV to see if your background and skills match. Then, an HR person will chat with you about how you communicate, what motivates you, and if you'd be a good fit. After that, there's a technical interview. This could involve coding problems, general problem-solving, or questions about your main programming language. Some places do live coding, others give you a take-home assignment. If you're applying for a more senior role, you'll likely have a system design interview, where you'll need to explain how you'd build a scalable system. Lastly, a behavioral or team interview will assess how you work with others and handle difficult situations.

First, you'll take an online test. Then, there's a three-stage interview process. If they think you're a good fit after that, they'll make an offer. The whole thing can take about a month, depending on the specific role.

The interview process was pretty good, with a friendly and warm welcome experience at KT. I would suggest and recommend it to anyone interested in applying, especially if you're a software developer, data scientist, or in an IT role. You might want to apply just in case.

The interview had about 4 to 5 stages. First, there was a general ability test. Second, an English language section covering reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Then, a group interview format was used. After that, a presentation task was given, and that was the end. No technical interview was conducted at all.
