First, you'll have a call with recruiters to chat about the role and what they're looking for. If that goes well, you'll go on-site for a tour of the workplace. After that, you'll have some one-on-one chats with people, and then a meeting with a few managers together. They'll ask you questions related to the job. Once all the talking is done, they'll show you out.

I submitted my application online and it went through smoothly. They were really flexible with scheduling the first interview since I was still working my old job. The first round involved meeting with three people from different parts of the company, which gave me a great feel for the company culture and the team. For the second round, they were again super accommodating of my current job situation and offered a phone interview with a VP. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, making sure I was a good fit for the role and that the role was a good fit for me. It seems like they genuinely care about their employees.

I applied online and got a call a few days later. The interview included many situational questions. The interviewer mentioned that hiring was not guaranteed. If I passed the first interview, I would have had to interview with the company president. The whole process is very long and drawn out. I would avoid interviewing here. They seem unprofessional and it's a waste of time. There might be a clique and they seem to only want specific types of people.
