I had several interviews with different people over a few days. Twice, the main interviewer didn't show up, so we had to reschedule those calls. I eventually got an offer, but it took them a really long time to send me the actual contract because they were still waiting for approval.

I had a call with HR, but it was a really bad experience. The HR was unprofessional, kept interrupting me, challenged my answers, and brushed off my explanations that different companies have different ways of doing things. She insisted her way was the only right way and was surprised I didn't know the company’s Chinese name, saying it's obvious since I was born in Malaysia. The whole conversation felt disrespectful and drained me. It made me think the company culture might be too strict and possibly micromanaging.

it was pretty straight forward, first i got a call from their HR for a phone interview, then there were some assessments. the second round was with the hiring manager, who asked about my past experiences and what tools I have used before. they also asked about the projects in my resume, what I have done and why I am interested in this role.

First, you'll submit your application and we'll look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then, there's a quick call, probably with HR, to go over your background and basic qualifications. If it's a technical role, you might have to do a test or assignment. Lastly, you'll interview with the hiring manager or the team to talk about your experience and projects.
