The interview was scheduled at the company's location. I arrived on time and the interviewer walked me to a table to start the interview process. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and asked me about my work experience, skills, and education listed on my resume. Then the interviewer told me more about the role and typical day-to-day responsibilities.

Instead of a formal interview, you just need to fill out an application and then you can start the training. Once you pass the training and remember all the drink recipes, you can start working. The whole system is pretty disorganized; anyone can join the training, but the training itself is also a mess. Current employees will train you, but they all have different ways of making drinks, which is why the drinks taste different every time.

It was a semi-casual interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. They asked stuff about my customer service and food/drinks service experience. The last few questions were more creative, like asking my favorite drink and how I'd sell a drink to a new customer. This was to check my knowledge of drinks and customer service, and see how I handle a little pressure.
