Assistant
I chatted with the manager on the phone, and we set up an interview date. After the interview, the manager handled my background check. Once that was cleared, I was asked to come in to observe a class and do some job shadowing. Before I started the shadowing, I also got oriented on how to assist the kids with their worksheets and how to correct them.
- Tell me about your working experience with children and your availability.
Assistant

It was the same thing: a 3-page test with math and logic exercises one day and then an interview with two managers in Japanese and Portuguese. Yeah, a 3-page test with math and logic exercises on one day, and then the next day an interview with two managers, talking in Japanese and Portuguese.
