Sales Manager
Order Management
first they did an HR phone interview, which was a basic screening. then there was an onsite interview where i spoke with the finance manager and service manager one after another, and then the sales manager over the phone. the managers had to fill out feedback forms as part of their internal process for evaluation. they even shared this form with me when they told me about the final interview. the last interview was online with the CEO and the APEC HR person, and the CEO again.

Head of Electrical and Automation
It started with an introduction, followed by a technical discussion and an assessment of technical suitability in the interview. We also covered aspects of people management and company values. Then we delved into expectations for development, explored opportunities and risks related to expanding into other business areas and optimizing current structures. Finally, we summarized and looked ahead at the next steps.
- How do you envision the future setup of this department?
- What's your plan for the department's future direction?
- In your view, how should the area be organized going forward?
Management
I found the interview experience to be quite confusing. It was hard to tell if the hiring manager or the HR person were really interested in having a proper interview. The conversation lacked structure and focus, which made it tough for me to show what I can do. It felt like they had already decided on someone and this was just a formality. The HR person seemed uninterested, and there was a lot of confusion, which felt like a waste of my time and energy.
- Can you tell me why?
- Can you tell me what?
- What are your strengths?
