The interview call was about 20 minutes long. It was pretty detailed and we went over all the responsibilities and how my experience could be a fit for the role. The recruiter went over each of my experience in detail.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty easy and informal. It started with a typical phone screen, followed by a walk-through of the facility where general questions were asked. The process is slow, so expect several weeks to pass between interview steps. The pay and benefits are average, and nothing about them makes this job stand out over others in the area.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by a corporate recruiter and had an initial phone chat. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Once I passed that, I did a couple more interviews on-site with other managers who are key stakeholders. It wasn't too bad. Mostly, they were trying to see if I would be a good fit with the team, our processes, and the company culture.

Behavioral

I had a phone interview with HR, which was nice, and then a video interview with the hiring manager. Both interviews seemed to go well, but then the HR person or recruiter just went totally silent and never got back to me. I was really interested in the job and sent a few follow-up emails and made some calls, but still heard nothing back. I thought it was pretty rude.
