Human Resources Business Partner
This interview experience was pathetic. They never got back to me, and it seems like they don't even know what they are looking for. Plus, they don't have set KRAs to explain. My suggestion is to not apply for interviews at Ktek.

It was 2 rounds of interview, Technical and final VP call to end up with. You really need to sound confident, Excellent communication skills is a must. Stability in resume is a must, Confidence, Result oriented, Self driven. If you have all the above, Welcome to K-tek Family is what I have to say
