First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kryterion.
Technical Support Engineer
It was a quick, friendly, and informative interview process! I received an offer within a week after the second round of interviews. The interviewers were really friendly and gave me a lot of context about the job duties and responsibilities.
- Can you tell me about your experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows operating systems?
Clinical IT Support Specialist
The interview was quite long, around 2 hours in total. The first interview was 30 minutes, and the second one was 1 hour and 30 minutes. I spoke with 6 different people in total. It felt like a lot because they all asked me the same questions, so I had to repeat my answers multiple times. It was really tiring and made me feel like they weren't very organized.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Kry?
- What's the reason for your move to Stockholm?
- How would you approach giving feedback to a coworker?
Consultant
The first interview went well. After I accepted the job and told them about my disability, the management got mad at the third-party recruiter for not informing them about it beforehand.
- Are you able to deploy a Wowza solution?
Senior Software Developer
So, it started with a recruiter call, then I had a face-to-face with the Director of Engineering and two senior dev engineers. After that, they did a background check and drug screening. I didn't get the final hiring confirmation until all that cleared.
- Could you answer some Java questions?
- Can you design a requested device?
