Behavioral Technical

The interview process had a weird second stage where they asked me acronyms and random computer science facts. I don't think that's a good way to gauge a software engineer. However, I did appreciate the mix of behavioral and technical questions. They also interviewed me for a senior role, even though the job I applied for was junior. I didn't get a clear reason why that happened.

First there was an aptitude round, then a technical round that went over my resume and included some basic Java, HTML, and CSS questions. After that, there was an HR or managerial round where they asked behavioral questions and about my background with the company. The last step was a telephonic round with HR to discuss my joining date and company background.
