So, first up was an on-campus interview, super straightforward, basically just asking about my experience and skills. After that, a few people got called back for a second round, which had 5 separate one-on-one interviews with VPs and people above them. There weren't a ton of technical questions in those either, mostly just going over my resume and seeing how it connected to what they're looking for. All in all, it was a pretty easy interview process, though they did take a bit of time to get back to me.

I got an email to confirm I was still interested after applying multiple times for the same role. An interviewer questioned why I hadn't applied before, which felt like a disconnect between HR and the interviewers. The questions were pretty vague like "Tell me about yourself", "What does your experience consist of", "What do you know about the company", and "why are you interested in the position". One guy was super argumentative, not sure if it was a test or his personality, but he was a real d-bag. The other two were fine but didn't know much about the industry outside their company.

The interview process started with an on-campus interview, followed by a "super day" at the company's office. This super day involved meeting with the recruiter and members of the real estate team, including 2 analysts, a vice president, and a managing director. The interviews focused more on behavioral and past experiences rather than strictly technical questions. For those interviewing for business valuation analyst roles, there were more technical questions about financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling, although these weren't asked in my interview.
