Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kroll.
Business Analyst
The manager didn't follow the typical interview process. When I tried to answer questions over the phone, there was no response, which made me feel nervous. During the first round, the manager asked me a statistical question that wasn't a quick, one-minute thinking question.
- Can you describe one of your projects in detail, including what you learned and your motivations for undertaking it?
Business Analyst
It was a straightforward 3-step process. I initially applied online and then completed two timed tests: one for numerical reasoning (20 mins) and another for critical reasoning (25 mins). After successfully passing these, I was invited to an assessment centre. There, I worked on a case study, completed an accountancy-based test where I had to build a balance sheet, and participated in two interviews with the managing directors of the relevant groups.
- Could you start by giving me an overview of your CV?
- Were there any topics in your master's program that you found challenging or disliked, and how did you manage those situations?
Business Analyst
The interview was fine i answered online video interview style questions similar to hirevue. I also did online tests and an assessment center. The assessment center was a good experience where you had some tests and a case study.
- Why are you interested in Kroll?
- What motivates your interest in this specific position?
- Could you describe your most significant strengths?
