First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kroll.
Associate
I applied online and got a call the same afternoon to set up an interview. Over the next couple of weeks, I had three interviews. The first was a basic HR chat. The second and third were with management and got harder and more formal each time. After the second interview went well, they asked me for a third one that same week, which was a bit strange but felt like a good sign. The third interview was more formal and tougher. Unfortunately, I never heard back from management or HR after that. I felt completely ghosted after going through three interviews with them.

Senior Associate
The interview process was quite smooth for me. There were 4 rounds. I had 3 Directors interview me on the same day. About a week after that, I received an email for another round with the Vice President. Each round was scheduled for about 30 minutes, though one of my Director interviews actually went on for nearly an hour.

Associate Director
I had one interview with a senior manager and another with a junior manager. There was also a written test I did at home. HR was only involved in scheduling the interviews. The junior manager handled the HR-related questions like salary expectations. They let me know afterwards that I wasn't selected.
