It was a quick and pleasant interview process. They asked a mix of tough questions and some sports-related ones. I'd suggest interviewing in the office to get a feel for the team. I didn't get the offer since my course load was too heavy and they needed someone more available.

The interview process involved two rounds. It was quite relaxed and felt like a discussion to gauge my suitability for the role. The questions were primarily follow-ups to our conversation, which was centered around my resume and relevant past experiences.

I had a formal interview over Google Meets with the inside sales manager and the ticket sales department coordinator. It was a good experience, and the questions weren't too tough. I enjoyed the conversation and didn't feel a lot of pressure.

The interview process was horrible and uncomfortable, making me want to leave. Initially, I met with Elliot Critchfield, who was stand offish and off putting. After about 10 minutes, he brought in three account executives, younger than me, for a panel interview. The panel went well, but I realized I had more experience than them. Elliot then brought me into the bullpen during a call blitz and told me to "talk to them" (his team of 13 people, all fresh out of college). I was expected to do one-on-one conversations in the middle of their call blitz. I almost walked out but didn't. The team seemed nice but inexperienced, working for a poor manager. After about 10 days, Elliot left a voicemail saying they chose more qualified candidates, which I found untrue given my experience. He mentioned I could call for feedback, which I did multiple times, but he never responded. I'm glad I didn't get an offer, as working with him would have been miserable.
