First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KRG Technologies.
Technical Recruiter
They had 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was about the tech stuff we used and how we searched on job boards using Boolean. Then they asked about submitting profiles and closing candidates.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What technical skills do you possess?
Controller
I got a call from a recruiter who was working on a search for his client. He thought my background in manufacturing and the same industry would be a good fit, and he asked if I was interested in submitting my resume. We scheduled the interview for about two weeks out, because the owner and others were really busy.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge of budgeting?
Java Software Developer
There were two interview rounds. The first was a technical interview covering basic Oops, exception handling, collections, file handling, and core Java questions. The second was a programming interview where I had to do a Spring MVC exercise, including creating a Controller, submitting a form using Jsp, making Ajax calls, and doing basic JavaScript validations. The whole process felt easy.
- What is the difference between the continue and break statements?
- Could you explain Spring annotations?
- Can you explain the try, catch, finally, throw, and throws keywords?
QA Automation Engineer
The interview process involved questions about automation, how tests are executed, continuous integration, and my experience with Java and Selenium. They also asked about my past projects and experience. Additionally, there were questions on API testing with Rest Assured and my familiarity with Docker. I was also asked about general testing concepts and the release and regression processes.
- Why is automation preferred over manual testing?
