The recruiter, Larry, was really great and kept me informed the whole way. The in-person interview itself wasn't ideal though. It felt more like a competition to see who could talk themselves up the most, instead of a real interview. The questions were aggressive, not really a conversation about my experience. It was honestly the most awkward interview I've ever had. I followed up a few days later to say it wasn't a fit for me and then never heard back.

The interview process spanned about a week. After applying, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, who was professional and nice. She then scheduled the in-person interview. When I got there, they realized they had double-booked my time slot, so I had to wait. The interviewers hadn't looked at my resume at all. They were unfriendly, and one made rude remarks. It was the worst interview I've ever had. I knew I wouldn't get an offer, but I also wasn't interested anymore after learning more about the job.

I found Kreg Therapeutics online and asked about openings. They didn't have any available then, but they let me send in my resume in case something opened up later (I heard they're growing fast). I was surprised a few months later when Kreg called to see if I was still looking for a sales job. The interview was tough for me, and they really dig into your personality and what drives you. It was organized and moved quickly, and I didn't feel like I prepared enough. They hired someone else, but I learned a lot about how to prep for my next medical sales interview. I wish I'd gotten the job!

I had 2 phone interviews and then one in-person. The first phone call was with a recruiter, the second one was with someone who works there, and the last interview was in person with the president. They mostly asked personal questions, not many about experience.
