The interview process at this large company was unprofessional. I had 3 interviews, and during the last one, it seemed like everything was good and I would be hired. They said my recruiter would contact me in 24 hours. But after 24 hours, a different recruiter emailed me saying, 'I have now had a chance to sync with the team, and unfortunately, it was decided not to proceed with your candidacy at this time.' For a company this size, this process is not competitive or acceptable. I've never seen anything like it, especially since the role wasn't a high-paying one to justify such a long interview process. You lost a potential employee who is multilingual and does great work.

It was hole process of 3 interviews where I descrive my experience and capabilities. It feelt like boxing rounds where I prepare for each interview bording diferent subjects. The cool thing was that it feelt like a normal conversation for me.

Applied and then took an assessment, which was followed by a Zoom interview. The interview itself was pretty easy, but the assessment was super tricky. It was a weird experience overall. You can tell it's a company with a strong culture and they really want to hire people who are a good fit, which is cool. But the job title was nothing like the actual job they offered, which was customer service. It was interesting, but I feel like it was kind of a waste of time because it wasn't what I applied for.
