The interview process was pretty straightforward, with three parts. First, a call with HR. Then, a chat with a team lead and a team member. Finally, I met with two team leads. They asked questions about my fraud experience, which I felt good about because I have a lot of experience in fraud and know about crypto. It was a bit surprising that the person I was supposed to meet with in the final round, the Fraud Operations Manager, changed. Instead, I ended up interviewing with a Fraud Analyst Level 2 and a team lead. I usually look for jobs where I can make a difference and where the company culture is a good match. This job seemed like a good fit because the description matched my background. Even though I didn't get the offer, I'm keen to get some feedback to help me grow. Overall, Kraken has been great, and I'd love to work there someday. I hope to apply again.

The interview process was overall very positive. After speaking with the recruiter (Dustin, who was extremely generous and helpful in walking me through the whole process), I had an interview with 2 fraud specialists, followed by one last interview with 2 other analysts. Each interview was thorough, clearly explaining the fraud analyst position and my responsibilities. I had many opportunities to express any questions I had and was given thorough responses. Each interviewer was very kind and great to speak with, and I left each call eager to hear back from the company. I always felt comfortable speaking to them, and I enjoyed all of my conversations about both the job and personal life.

The interview process was quite long but acceptable. Three interviews (one with HR, two with the team and team leaders), plus one assessment. All the questions were very pertinent to the role, there were no hard questions really. They all make you feel at ease, no stress is applied. Very pleasing experience!
