The interview process was pretty average. They first filtered candidates via email before inviting them for an interview at their Hinjewadi office. The interview included a lot of situation-based and hypothetical questions. The first round lasted about 25 minutes, and most candidates waited over 90 minutes for feedback. Even though I didn't get selected, I think they should provide feedback on areas where candidates could improve.

The interviews were about my past experience, the projects I've managed, decisions I've made, how I use MS Project, my Agile skills, how I communicate with clients, and how I manage people.

I applied and then KPIT HR reached out. The HR person then scheduled an interview. The first round was a phone call. After a month, I had a half-day web conference interview. The day after that, HR called me back to discuss documents and salary.
