It was easy. Some random person contacted me without a camera. They asked me to print some numbers in Python and asked general questions before finishing. The HR round only involved asking where I'm from. It felt like if you apply, you'll get a chance.

The KPIT hiring process goes like this: First, there's a Technical Assessment to check your tech skills and how you solve problems. Then, a Technical Interview where they dive deep into your technical knowledge, projects, and what you can actually do. The recruitment process started with an Aptitude + Technical online test. Based on the scores, students were divided into groups for either Direct Technical Interviews, Group Discussions (with elimination) followed by Technical Interviews, or a Coding test (with elimination) followed by a Technical Interview. Candidates who passed the Technical Interviews then proceeded to HR Interviews, where most candidates were selected.
