Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

So at KPIT, the interview process basically involved a technical assessment, then a coding round, and after that, there were technical and HR interviews. The technical assessment part had questions on aptitude, logical reasoning, and core subjects. For the coding round, you might have to write some code. The final interview, which I remember really clearly, was an AI-based one. In this AI interview, a question pops up on the screen, you get about 20 seconds to prep, and then the video starts recording for 2 minutes. You can either talk the whole time or stop the video early.

Coding Technical

We had an online aptitude and coding interview. It was a timed test with MCQs and coding problems to check logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and programming skills. They used this to shortlist candidates before technical or HR interviews.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard, but the technical round was really important. There wasn't a strict time limit; if you answered questions correctly, they'd ask more, which apparently boosted your chances. They covered a lot of core subjects like analog electronics, digital electronics, control systems, signals and systems, and instrumentation. Doing well in the technical round made the HR round easier.
