recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn and then I spoke with a resource manager. After that, I had interviews with a Manager/director level person and finally an executive. The recruiter told me a very low salary expectation, which the resource manager kept insisting was agreed upon. This was concerning because I never discussed that low salary minimum with the recruiter. I'm also worried because Glassdoor mentions the company is resistant to annual raises.

I got recruited by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd through a college campus interview. Since KPIT has acquired SYSTIME, I was transferred to join SYSTIME. The recruitment process included an aptitude test with normal questions, not too difficult. Then, a technical aptitude test with tougher questions related to JAVA, C, C++, and Database, which required deep study. Finally, an HR interview, which was like any other normal HR interview where confidence was key.
