The interview was good, but it concluded with a technical assessment requiring the candidate to write Python scripts and scripts for establishing a PostgreSQL connection. The interviewer demonstrated deep knowledge in the subject matter.

So I interviewed with KPI Partners for a Digital Marketing role, and honestly, it was super unprofessional and misleading. They started normally, HR called, said I was shortlisted, and mentioned a short assignment after the first interview. The L1 round was fine, with a senior marketing manager who was clear about the job. I agreed to the assignment and put in good effort. Then L2 happened, focusing on my work, and I felt good about it. But then things got weird. HR asked for my payslips, which is usually a late-stage thing. They said L3 would be with someone from the US in the evening. But instead, I got a morning interview via a personal Gmail, not a company email – huge red flag. The person didn't introduce themselves, had no clue about my previous talks, and wanted another assignment. This showed zero coordination. Turns out, this interviewer didn't even work there! When I asked HR, they got defensive, wouldn't give straight answers, and even threatened to blacklist me. This whole thing felt shady and irresponsible. KPI Partners totally lacks transparency and integrity. They asked why I was told L3 was with US leadership but got someone in Noida using Gmail? Why was a non-employee interviewing? Why did the interviewer not know about my previous work? Why do they keep asking for assignments without internal communication? My advice: be careful. Don't give payslips without a formal offer. Check interviewer IDs and emails. If it feels wrong, leave.

Recruiter and manager calls were good, professional and helpful. But then the director struggled to get Zoom working, making us reschedule multiple times which lacked professionalism. They asked weird questions that sounded like they were from the job description but didn't make sense. They accused me of being a 'ringer' for someone else because of Zoom lag, and then accused me of not having real experience, saying they've met many liars. The director had a condescending attitude, and I felt racist/discriminatory vibes at times.

I applied through Naukri and the whole process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kpi Partners in Dec 2018. There were 2 Skype Technical Rounds and they were good for me. The technical panel was very mature and conducted the interview on time. They even explained questions where I couldn't solve them. After completing the technical rounds, the HR didn't pick up my phone and didn't respond to my emails. The HR team was very unprofessional. No call, mail, or any contact was made later. Whatever the decision of candidature, it's the HR's duty to inform the candidate, especially when they have invested time on a weekday for the interview. Totally unprofessional behavior, disgusting.
