Client Support Associate
The interview process itself was fine. However, I find the follow-up assessment process to be completely troubling and an inaccurate way to determine eligibility for employment. I have years of experience and qualifications for the role applied and that is not reflected in the ridiculously difficult Predictive Index Cognitive assessment that did not correlate with the role.

Customer Success Manager
The initial phone screen was delayed by 20 minutes due to the interviewer being late, requiring a direct call. During the conversation, she was noticeably distracted by instant messages, even missing a response to a detailed answer. Following this, the hiring manager contacted me. I agreed to an in-person interview, hoping for a more professional interaction as she differed from the phone interviewer. However, the hiring manager appeared for the interview dressed in jeans with significant rips and adopted a very casual posture. After an hour with the hiring manager, I proceeded to meet with the VP and then another team member.

EHS Consultant
After submitting an application, I was contacted by a recruiter within a week. They were really great and attentive and set up a zoom interview not too long after we talked. Then I interviewed with a director and a supervisor, they were chill and made sure the job fit my goals and vice versa. Right after that, a face-to-face interview was scheduled, which was awesome and gave me a chance to show off my skills with a presentation. I then spoke with the VP and got an offer pretty quickly. Honestly, it was the most efficient and transparent process I've ever been through.

Creative Designer
So I interviewed with a great group of people, the culture seemed fun. My first interview was with the Production Manager, Project Manager, and another Creative Designer. They asked standard questions, and I felt like they were really assessing my personality. They also wanted to make sure I knew my stuff, so they brought me back for a second interview with the Director. I got an offer pretty soon after that. The whole process was pretty simple and happened in just a few days.
