The interview had 3 rounds. The questions were about previous work experience and new innovations in product related to Fintech. The last round was more about knowledge of banking and its norms. How flexible you can be to work out of your comfort zone.

The interview process wasn't anything out of the ordinary, just some random questions. I didn't end up joining the team though, as I received another offer for a similar role. I'm just trying to make sense of it all, you know? It's like, here I am, ready to jump into something new, and then this second offer pops up. Should I stick with my first choice or go for this new opportunity? It's a classic dilemma. I was thinking about the team I was about to join – they seemed like good people. But this new gig is like a whole different ballgame. Same role, different people, and maybe even better perks. So many things to consider. Do I go with what feels right or take a chance on the unknown? And the timing feels like a movie scene where time is running out and I have to decide. Should I trust my gut or let the allure of the unknown pull me away? It's a bit overwhelming, but honestly, nothing too crazy, just a regular life choice to think about.

HR consultancy kicked things off, then there was a shortlisting, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was about my past work, and the second was a case study. The manager who interviewed didn't suggest further rounds, so I guess I might not have made it.
