The interview process had 4 rounds. Two rounds were with Internal Audit team members, one was an HR interview, and there was an aptitude test. It was mostly resume-based. The interviewers were good and made me feel at ease. I got a call for a background check after 14 days. I had almost given up hope of hearing back, but when I did get a call, it took a long time for HR to complete the process. Each step took at least a week and a call from the recruiter. The HR department really needs to speed up the hiring process.

The interview process was good, they had many questions lined up to get to know you. Two people were there to conduct the interview. Just be yourself and don't try to exaggerate things. If you forget something in between, they will smile and ask you another question, so just relax. Be thorough with what you've written on your resume, as they ask questions based on it.
