The interview was in person at the corporate office, with the person in charge of interviews and the trainee area manager. It was a bit informal, there weren't any specific prepared questions and the waiting time was about 20 minutes.

It was a typical interview process. First, the IT leader asked me about my skills and then threw some C-focused questions my way. After that, there was a test to check my English speaking and reading/writing abilities. Finally, a product review took place. Everyone I met was very nice, and the overall experience was great.

Behavioral Technical

Got contacted via CATHO, had an initial call from GLOBAL EMPREGOS, then went to Ribeirão Preto for the first stage (I'm from Americana, 200km away). It was a normal process, some simple tests, questions about my future plans and salary expectations. After 15 days, they called back saying I passed and was invited to the final stage, this time at the company itself. Everyone was very welcoming. The interview was standard, although there was one persistent and strange question. The issue is that the Global representative guaranteed feedback, positive or negative, after the final stage, which I felt was fair given I was so close. To my surprise (or not), I never got any response, not even a simple email. It's regrettable and extremely frustrating.
