So I applied and the recruiter hit me up asking for some pre-interview accounting and excel questions that took a bit of time. If you did okay on those, you might get a 30 min first-round chat with her. Then, a 30 min Teams interview with the controller was the second round. The third round was an in-person thing with 4 people from accounting/finance, and it was like 45 mins talking to EACH of them, so the whole in-person part lasted about 3.5 hours. I actually had one more 30 min chat on Teams with the department head, but he was out of town. It was a pretty long process, almost a month with 4 rounds, and I thought I did pretty well since everyone gave good feedback, so I was feeling good about getting an offer. But then, after a week of hearing nothing, I messaged the recruiter and got a generic rejection email. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend applying here, and I guess I dodged a bullet.

The HR and Business teams were great -- really good people and thoughtful leaders. I enjoyed the interview loop overall, except for one senior leader who didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the team's attitude or cultural values. It seems like that person might not be with the company anymore. Aside from that one individual and experience, I was interested in exploring the possibility of working there.

Started with a phone screen from the recruiter, mostly behavioral. Then a video call with the hiring manager about a week later. A couple weeks after that, I went onsite for the interview, which lasted about 2-3 hours.

Communication from HR was bad. They let me continue with a half day of interviews even though they knew they couldn't meet my work schedule needs. The interviews with managers and employees went fine, but it seemed like not everyone was informed. I could have avoided a 2.5 hour drive and the interview if expectations were clear, saving everyone time. A new VP is implementing a policy for more office time, which doesn't help their situation.
