I had to do an in-office test after a technical review. Then there was an architecture and design interview, followed by a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. The test was good, not too hard, just right. The interviews were long and covered a lot of design principles.

UX Designer
The interview process felt really awkward and unprofessional. The first part was a mix of a professional interview and a test, which I somehow passed. I felt like I might have been a backup choice. Then, I had an interview with HR, and honestly, I didn't even want to continue after that point. It felt like the kind of interview where you just know they won't pick you. Surprisingly, I got called in again, which seemed a bit strange... During that interview, I realized for sure I was just a backup. I later found out they'd been searching for someone for over a month, and I was interviewed right at the very end of that period.
- Can you tell me about your typical work process?
