The interviewer seemed busy and uninterested. They mentioned a strict and very low budget for the role, which I found odd considering this detail wasn't in the job ad, making it a waste of everyone's time. I was told I'd hear back, but I never did.

So, I was contacted by Korn Ferry for a Director of Talent Acquisition job that would require moving. After talking it over with my family and going through two interviews, they said I was moving on to the next steps with the actual client. And then... nothing. It shows a gap in how search firms and their clients work together and makes everyone look less credible. We definitely need to do better.
