It was an in-person group interview. There were several groups of associates/partners, and I was rotated through 3 different interview panels. It took a long time, and it felt like they wanted to get it done in one day by doing it as a group thing. Even though it was a group interview, it wasn't a group discussion; it was individual interviews but done in a group setting. The HR part was slow and not very efficient.

The interview process had 3 stages and took 2 months. It started with a recruiter call. The second stage was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, focusing on motivations. The final interview was with a Senior Client Partner. It was a good recruitment process, especially for a competitive summer internship.

It was a 3 stage interview process. First was a 30 minute behavioural interview with the early careers recruiter. Then there was a 45 minute interview with role-centric questions. Finally, a 1-hour interview with a Senior Client Partner. I had the chance to ask questions to the interviewer in each stage and figure out if I would like the role and company.
