Executive Assistant
Started with a brief, casual chat with the Head EA. Then had a longer, more formal sit-down that lasted about 2.5 hours. This involved meeting with several different people, including an EA partner and the Head EA. They also gave me a personality test and asked competency questions. There was also an event planning test, including preparation and a role-play scenario with another EA.
- General competency questions were asked, and there was a 40-minute role-play event planning test.
