Behavioral Presentation

The candidate is interviewed by people from the areas they would be working with, to give them a picture of the company. There are multiple stages to the interview, and some are harder than others. All the meeting rooms have photos and statements from employees saying what makes the company a great place to work in their opinion. These photos show various internal events they hold to help people mingle and make communication easier.

Behavioral Other

So the interview process kicks off with a phone chat, and then you'll probably have a few in-person meetings. The interviews are all about behavior, and they're trying to see how agile and adaptable you are. It's really key to show how you've used your past experiences to guide your future actions and decisions. After the interviews, there might be some personality tests and a problem-solving assessment. Honestly, there's no real way to prep for those — just be yourself and do your best.

Started with a brief, casual chat with the Head EA. Then had a longer, more formal sit-down that lasted about 2.5 hours. This involved meeting with several different people, including an EA partner and the Head EA. They also gave me a personality test and asked competency questions. There was also an event planning test, including preparation and a role-play scenario with another EA.

  • General competency questions were asked, and there was a 40-minute role-play event planning test.
