I went through four interviews over three weeks, each about 45 minutes long. The recruiter, Jennifer Wells, stopped communicating in week two, but I continued with interviews. After completing all of them, I wasn't given an update. While I don't necessarily expect detailed feedback or a reason, if you're going to take three weeks of someone's time and require them to take time off work for these interviews, at least communicate if you are not moving forward. For a firm that prides itself on "white glove service," your internal recruitment process was very disappointing.

I had three interviews. First, I spoke with the Hiring Personnel, who went over the benefits and the basic requirements for the job and the application. Next, I met with the Lead of the team I'd be joining. They asked me about my past experiences, what I'm looking for in this role, and explained what the job involves and what they expect from me. They also gave me some situational questions about handling pressure and other job-related challenges. Finally, I interviewed with the Senior Manager, who is the boss of the second interviewer. They asked me questions similar to the second interviewer, but also delved into my background, my motivations, my work ethic, and other personal traits that could influence my performance.

A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and scheduled a 30-minute call for a role I was well-suited for. They mentioned they were moving quickly and that I should expect to hear from the hiring manager for the next interview within 1-2 days. I followed up after three days but received no response, which was quite disappointing given the firm's reputation for a good candidate experience.
