First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Kore1.
Executive Assistant
The interview process was easy and fun. Everyone seemed nice, and the job looked like a great opportunity to gain EA experience. I didn't get the position, but they mentioned they'd consider me for future openings.
- Can you describe your methods for staying organized?
Recruiter
The process was a waste of time and the people weren't polite. They described one process but conducted another. The manager was nice, but the client was very demanding. The pressure was really high.
- Can you tell me about yourself, focusing on details not present on your resume?
Technical Recruiter
I was referred to one of the Managing Partners & met several of them. They focused on checking my skills and my fit with the team/culture. I also got to interview them back! My last interview was with a long-time client over dinner, where the hiring manager also asked me questions about my technical recruitment skills and my ability to help with Account Management. When I was thinking about joining Kore1, they were pretty small compared to my last job, which worried me at first. But I could see everyone at Kore1 was really passionate about their work, and that usually leads to success with good leadership. I had researched the senior leadership before my interview and was really impressed, and the interviews just confirmed my confidence. I took the offer and have no regrets. My guess was right - that passion and leadership did lead to success and growth. We've gone from one office to many across the US and India in the 5 years since I joined.
- How would you convince me, a hiring manager, that you stand out as a recruiter or agency?
- How would you differentiate yourself as a recruiter or agency to a hiring manager?
- Explain how you would stand out as a recruiter or agency to a hiring manager.
Market Leader
I'm currently interviewing for a role I heard about from Abby. We're still in the early stages, but I'm already impressed with Abby's communication. She's nice, professional, and upfront. She asked good questions and took her time answering mine with helpful responses that guided our chat. I'm excited to keep working with her on my job search! I'd totally recommend Abby to anyone I know. I had to pick "no offer" for now, but hopefully, that'll change soon with Abby's help!
- Tell me about your background.
- Can you describe your skills?
- What are you interested in?
