I applied through LinkedIn Easy Apply and was surprised to receive a long written interview/pre-screen with typical questions like 'why do you want this position' and 'what experience do you have with x technologies'. It was a Word doc that I had to submit by the end of the day, having received the email at 10 am. The next business day, I had an interview with the hiring manager who seemed to like me and mentioned HR would contact me to set up an interview with an architect. However, I never heard back or received any denial email, even after I sent a follow-up a week later.

Had a few interviews with three different people. First, I talked to the hiring manager, then a team member, and finally some leadership. It wasn't anything too complex, mostly asking how I'd handle certain PMM tasks. Got an offer in under a week after the interviews.

The interview process was fair and transparent. The people I met were nice and asked challenging questions. I got a good sense that the company has solid strategic plans for the future. I ended up not taking the job, but I was tempted. The people were nice.
