It was a really straightforward online meeting. I chatted with two of the staff members, and they were very friendly. They asked the typical questions about my past work history, and then I did a practice online chat with a young person shown on the computer.

So there were three rounds: a phone screener, then a video interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was quite a while ago, so my memory is a bit hazy. The initial screener was pretty standard, just to make sure I was a real person. The interviews with the hiring manager, though, were really strange. He seemed awkward and off-putting, and honestly, at times, I felt like I was leading the conversation. The whole vibe was just weird, and it gave me the impression they weren't entirely sure what they were looking for in this role. The interviews themselves were pretty basic. What really bothered me though was the complete lack of feedback after the whole process. I put in a good amount of time and even took time off work, and the least they could have done was provide some constructive feedback instead of just a generic rejection. It felt unprofessional.

Behavioral Other

I had a really negative experience with this company, which seems to be common based on other reviews. It's disappointing because I expected better professionalism, especially from a mental health company. After a month of interviewing, where they repeatedly said they were very interested, several deadlines passed without a decision. I followed up respectfully each time. Then, I was given a personality assessment without being informed it was part of the process, and after that, I was completely ghosted. This is unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't believe in its own purpose.

Behavioral Presentation

The application and interview process was pretty standard. However, the company's expectation of managerial experience before applying for this role doesn't quite match the salary offered. I was actually hoping to gain the managerial experience they were asking for during the interview process itself, which, as I mentioned, isn't really proportionate to the pay grade at all. I interviewed for this role about 7 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. I'm assuming I wasn't successful, but it's poor practice not to make contact after the interview or provide any feedback. I saw in other reviews that this is something they frequently do, so I'm not shocked, but I do think it's a poor reflection on their company.
