The interview process was quite lengthy, starting with a 2-hour Skype call and then a 2-hour in-person interview. I found the whole thing too long and not really necessary. They seemed to struggle with making quick decisions, and their communication was lacking. The HR team wasn't very helpful when I needed them. It took months to get any feedback, which was just a generic email. The office environment appeared to be high-stress. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people poorly and has such a toxic culture. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy.

First, I had a Skype interview with the hiring manager over in Europe, which was pretty standard. Then, I went for an onsite panel interview with four people at the Novi office. They actually started by arguing amongst themselves about how to run the interview. The HR person ended up leading the whole thing and the others barely spoke. You could totally feel the tension in the room. After that, I had a phone interview with two VPs in Europe. They asked me two questions, then put themselves on mute and talked amongst themselves. The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes. I didn't hear anything for about two weeks, and then they made me an offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was long and poorly communicated. I didn't hear back from the executive staff for over 7 weeks after my final in-person interview. They mentioned the company was going through organizational changes and the role I applied for might be eliminated. The lack of organization and communication was a major turn-off. Hearing about yet another structural change, I've decided to withdraw my application. It was disappointing after 4 rounds of interviews, including a panel interview, and being told I'd hear back in 2 weeks, it took an additional 4 weeks to get the final answer that they weren't hiring at this time.

It was a phone call followed by an in-person interview, and it was pretty quick and straightforward. They hired me after the second interview on-site. They covered my flight and hotel, and the moving benefits were a nice perk. They even hired a company to handle the relocation logistics.
