The hiring managers were super helpful and the vibe was really chill. It was a longer process, but they ended up offering me way more money than I expected, like 400k over my ask. I'd totally recommend this place if you want to make a lot of cash right after college.

The interview process felt more like a series of casual chats to get to know each other, but it ended up being quite lengthy. It started with an online HR interview where I was told the Sales Manager might decide in the next interview or leave it to the Sales Director. Then there was an online personality test. After that, I had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager, where I was told the next round should be final. This was followed by an in-person interview with the Sales Director, where I was told I would need to meet the CEO. The final step was supposed to be an online CEO interview, but it didn’t happen; the HR Director stepped in for about 40 minutes and said they’d need to reschedule with the CEO, but that eventually didn’t happen. For an individual contributor Sales Manager role, I felt this was kind of excessive. The speaking experience with all of them was fine, but I would recommend streamlining the overall interview process. It’s also not easy for candidates to schedule multiple rounds while managing commitments in their current job. Unless the company is hiring for an outperformer program or a management trainee role, where candidates may be fresh graduates with more time to engage in extended rounds, a leaner process would be more appropriate.

First, I filled out an online form with my personal details, work history, and current salary. Then, I had to submit an online video where I recorded my answers to some questions. This was basically a prescreening step. After that, I got an invitation via email for a Zoom interview. I had the Zoom interview, and then I got feedback from HR.
