The interview started off great, with a recruiter in Malaysia being super responsive and keeping me updated. But after the third round, the recruiter just went silent and ghosted me, even though I reached out multiple times. Super unprofessional.

I applied for a role and was told I was overqualified, so they asked me to apply for a more senior position instead. A few months later, I had interviews that included standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what interests you in this company'. After what seemed like the final interview, I never heard back from the company about whether they hired someone, canceled the job, or removed the position.
