Phone call with recruiter, then some online brain games (about 20 mins). After that, an online assessment (about 40 mins). Then a first interview with the recruiter. Later, a one-hour second interview with the hiring manager. Finally, a one-hour third interview with two managers. Overall, it took way too long and was more than it needed to be.

Conducted in a very poor manner over the phone. the interviewer lacked the basic interview skills. it was supposed to be a technical screening interview with the SEB manager at that time however due to his personality (which I found later after joining) he just kept going on and on without giving room to the interviewee to add to the topic
