The first step is a prerecorded video interview, which takes quite a while. Even though there are only 4 questions, recording yourself is time-consuming, especially for introverts. Talking to yourself is also challenging.

Group Technical Behavioral

It was a group discussion about stuff like women empowerment, AI, and the pros and cons of social media. Then there was a technical interview where they asked about debugging, your resume, projects, feminism, and what makes you unique. Finally, an HR interview covered Python syntax, OOP, a Python program to reverse something, projects, languages you know, DBMS, data warehousing, and SQL. The rounds were pretty easy to medium.

Behavioral Technical

In my experience, there was an initial HR contact on LinkedIn, followed by an in-person interview with the direct manager. Then, there were two Teams interviews with different division directors. The entire selection process took about 4 months before the job offer was extended.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So I had two interviewers, both from tech, like a leader and an engineer. It was pretty much all behavioral questions, you know, about teamwork, how I feel about remote work, why I applied for this role, stuff like that. They did throw in just one technical question at the very end about Python. After that, I got to ask them questions.

  • What does this Python code do, specifically the part with the lambda function and filter?
  • Tell me about a challenge you've faced during teamwork.
