I went through a panel interview where we were asked to prepare our portfolios. Some questions focused on our approach to solving problems, developing and evaluating products, and strategic thinking. They also asked about day-to-day tasks in previous roles as a PO/PM or related positions. So, the main goal was to engage them with our stories, including what I didn't do right and my maximum effort. Fun fact, this was my first panel interview at that time.

Got a reply two days after applying. They asked via WhatsApp if I could interview the next day. I was put in a WhatsApp group with intern candidates from various roles. There were six of us illustrator candidates who made it to the interview stage. Only one illustrator position was offered.

The communication was great, and they made sure I knew what was coming next. The interview was tough but interesting, mixing questions about my skills and my past experiences. The people interviewing me were professional and seemed really interested in getting to know me. I liked how welcoming it felt, and they talked about the company culture, which made me more excited about the job. They clearly want to find someone who's a good fit for them and for the role.
