It was a pretty good experience! Super straightforward. We had an in-house interview and that was basically it! It really depends on your department and prior experience though. They hired me as an intern straight out of college and I grew from there.

Got called in very last minute for an interview the same day for the QA Fabric Manager role. Was interviewed by the Director of Fabric R&D, the hiring manager. First she interviewed me in her office asking questions about my resume. Then she brought in her assistant who then gave me a test on filling out an excel spreadsheet. They both kept emphasizing how hard the job was. The whole interview lasted about 20 minutes. Then I was asked to wait in the waiting room while they discussed making me an offer. When I returned, they made me the offer and asked about my start date. I said Monday, and they pushed to have me start that day. We agreed on the following day (Thursday). On my first day, the hiring manager shared that I wasn't her first choice but she had no option but to hire me since the person previously hired for the role never showed up for their first day.

It was a timely interview, they were very specific asking on what they wanted. HR was friendly scheduling zoom meeting, and it was done right after the phone call. But not much flexibility on which days can be done. That can easily be bcs of the time of the calendar.

It was a 2 step process, first with HR, then with a merchandiser. It went smooth. They mostly looked at my resume and asked questions from it. They contacted me in 3 days with an offer. I was very happy. Highly recommend this place.
